I have claimed from Foschini in September 2013, but still haven't received an outcome for my claim. I had to run back and forth to the store even on my last days of pregnancy, just to speed up the process, but still nothing. There was a lady that contacted me in December, but haven't heard from them again. I was sent from pillar to post in the beginning. Its been 4 months and doubt a claim can take so long. Its for my wedding ring and its important. This is so frustrating
