Credit back my account or the good working iron

I bought the iron late last year but by March of this year I had to send it back because it was not properly functioning, I was expecting them to send me the new working iron or cerdit back my account but none has happened and no one has contacted me since i sent the iron I am the only one phoning in every time and they could see on their system that my iron was recieved in by March but nothing had happened,
I bought again a bedding set which was suppose to come with the 5 piece bedding duvet, which is the Duvet cover, 2 Continental pillow cases, 2 standard pillow cases instead they send me 4 standard pillows and i phoned in many times but still i have not recieved the continental pillows,
So all In all they owe me the IRON and 2 CONTINENTAL PILLOW CASES
