Pathetic service

I bought a kindle from takealot and within a few weeks, half the screen stopped working. I contacted takealot who collected the item promptly.

It has now been a month and I get no feedback on the status of the repair. Each time I contact Takealot I am told that I will have feedback over the next day but no one bothers to update me.

I am extremely disappointed with this service and will certainly use other suppliers in future.
