Good day, about a month ago I placed a order for an ottoman and base set. Three weeks ago I received the ottoman. The item was damaged and reported it online and telephonically. I was informed that some one from admin would come back to me within FIVE WORKING DAYS. As of yesterday, no one got back to me regarding the ottoman and the repair and / or replacement of it. But yet I am paying for it. I also enquired about the base set and was informed that they have no stock but would receive by the end of July 2013. Early in August I enquired about the base set and delivery. I was then informed that stock would only be arriving at the end of August 2013. I then requested if the order could be cancelled and a new base set (of the one they have in stock) ordered instead. They said yes, however my available was not enough to cover the amount needed to transact the deal. I then informed them, that on the original order that was cancelled by them there was a R 500 discount voucher used and could be used on this sale. Yesterday (15th August 2013) they delivered the base set, much to my short lived joy, and the assemblers discovered that it had come without the screws to assemble the base set.
