Pharmacies who do not care

I was at the Witbank Dis-Chem at the Highveld Mall on 27 April, and bought health items. I misplaced my slip and had to call the Woodmead branch where I made my card originally and was told they could not give me card number over the phone after verifying my details. Why verify details if you are not going to help the customer eventually. I was told I had drive back to Witbank to get a copy of the till slip. I phoned the Dis-Chem Head Office and they told me they could not help me I must phone their Customer Services which I did. The Customer Services told me I must go to the store they cannot help me. With all the available technology and huge chain store of health stores like Dis-Chem I received disgraceful poor customer service in the Gauteng region.
My sorrow was turned into joy when I called the Witbank branch and received First Stop same day excellent customer service from a Matthys Meintjes | Store Manager. All it took was 3 emails and I received copies of my slip. Great job Dis-Chem Mpumalanga you rock! Please keep up the good customer service. Thank you!
