To whom it may concern.

I am really not surprised about your service. Most of your employees are there to make money but provide POOR SERVICE! What a shame??? Its been two full weeks waiting for Edcon to send me the UI 19 form with there ID number included. "Person who is responsible should include their ID number on the form". I spoke to Clifton more then 3 times who always promise, and. Its even worse with Christine cause she can not even reply back to my emails. As per the department of labour your ID number must be included to that form and send it direct to my email address. DO NOT DELETE THAT SECTION!!! I am seating with reference numbers that doesn't make a difference when I call. I demand an urgent response from you. This should have been submitted long ago.
