Listed on experian as bad paye

I went to apply for a bond, all my applications were pre approved subject to all my accounts being up to date.
i was surprised when the bank called my bond agent stating that my account for russels chatsworth was in arrears and my account was put in the experian credit bureau. i went to russels today-29/01/14 to pull out a statement from their office which clearly states im not in arrears yet i am still on the experian data base, which is now affecting my credibility. i spoke to the manager for russels chatsworth and they do not who put me in the credit bureau and claims the system is automated.i need my name to be cleared from experian asap and a letter from russels confirming that my account is up to date.
