Purchased and paid for item... proof of payments sent. Although the company advertises free shipping, sales personnel (Mrs. Helen Smith) insisted on me paying for insurance to courier company which was to be refunded to me by courier. To prevent any further delays I made EFT to Courier company.
No tracking number sent to me as promised... have not received item???
