"MAN IN CHARGE" SWEARING AT CUSTOMERS

On Sunday 26th Jan 2014, my wife and I went into Pick n Pay for what we believed would be a simple procedure of exchanging at item that we bought. The process went fine until there was an issue of the difference in the prices of what we were exchanging. We wanted to pay however we were demanded to join long queues in order to finalise our deal. We asked if there was any other method of finalizing the transaction without joining long queues on Sunday, pay day weekend.

We were told that this was not possible. We then asked for the store manager in order for him to further assist us as the ladies hands were "tied".

Then enter MASHUDU!!! What a disaster!!! MASHUDU SAID "YOUR REQUEST IS IMPOSSIBLE. IT IS A WASTE OF MY TIME AND YOUR TIME". I told him that his tone and attitude were all wrong for the job at hand.
His response "DO NOT THINK THAT YOU ARE GOING TO TREAT STAFF IN THIS STORE LIKE '!

He confirmed that he was not the store manager HOWVER the buck would stop with him. He instructed others around him NOT to call the store manger as HE WAS IN CHARGE!!!

MASHUDU deeply offended us and what he did was wrong on all levels.

Please take corrective action against him!
