They get into my account as they please!

This went beyond, sometimes last year I received a call from a Foschini consultant with regards to some benefits as he said, I have told him loudly and repeatedly that if that promotion it will cost me I do not want it and he confirmed that it won't charge me.

Now suddenly when I check my statement I see another fee that has be deducted in my account and this is the third time, they also charged me for magazine and I never allow them to send me those magazines.

I have contacted them and they put me on hold forever till I disconnect the phone.

I'm sick and tired of retailer's tricks, I want all the charges that I have been charged without my approval to be reversed with immediate effect, clearly it shows that they have been taking advance of those who lack education!
