HIRSCH'S SERVICE JUST AS BROKEN AS MY OVEN

Bought an expensive additional guarantee from Hirsch's when we bought our stove there 3 years ago. When the top element and the seal broke in December last year, I phoned the branch and spoke to the person in charge of guarantees. Firstly he claimed that couldn't find the paper work and that he would call me back. A second call, a few days later after no response also got no response. I phoned the branch manager who put me in touch with the guarantee department in Durban. They arranged to send out a technician. At this stage the oven was still working as only the top element and the seal was broken. After the technician left, the oven was completely broken with no elements working. Norisha phoned a week later to say that the technician will be coming with the parts as everything has been received. The technician didn't pitch on the appointed day. On phoning Norisha she then said that the seal was on back order, after confirming that all parts had arrived mere days before. I asked her to send out the technician to repair the damage he has caused and replace the important parts so that the oven can at least be used. No further contact from her after promising to phone back.
