I would like to lay a formal complaint against the area manager of House and Home Mrs Naomi Kruger who was very disrespectful toward me, I was unable to address her even when she accused me of not using my common sense) with regards to a contract that was not explained to me in detail. She spoke down at me and become very aggressive when I asked her does she think she is speaking to one of her workers, she put the call down while we were talking. I phoned her back a again and asked is that the manner that she treats customers she then accused me of being rude and I put the phone down. I request that she be addressed and I want an apology from her. Do not ignore this complaint
