Franza Catz ignores all Danesh Dalla complaints

I filed a complaint against Mr D Dalla to Franza Catz and she promised that she would have a meeting with Mr Dalla and address the following issues. He was rude to myself and my father. He accused my father of illegal activities when my dad asked him for a generic med for my Bipolar disorder med. He also refused to give me a hearing when I phoned him to request an alternative med as Franza told me that she will get him to source the meds as I'm loyal to Pick n Pay Pharmacy. I'm not the only customer that he has done this too. He is very unhelpful and rude. I would like a written apology to be posted in store not only addressed to me but to all the CUSTOMERS.I would like Franza Catz to be taken in hand for sweeping Mr Dalla's complaints under the carpet & for not keeping her promise to source my med.
