Did not respond to Alarm at home

Complaint:
ADT contacted me today 28/01/2013 at 14h40 about alarm going off at my house. I asked them to send someone out to my house as I am at work. They only sent someone out at 16h00 to my house, and this was after I phone and asked them why is no one phoning me to say if home area is secure or not.
What type of response is this. I do not want a Security service like this.
I will defintely look for another company.
