After the whole "investigation" to my problems, House & Home has resolved nothing but collect there damaged lounge suite and refund me. After my first complaint on Hello Peter, A meeting was called and promises were made as to a detector test with staff, etc and visit to my house to the oil damage made by your very unpleasant looking delivery vehicle. (You should go to Tafelberg Furnishers and see how they do deliveries you might learn a thing or too).
To date I have had not had a visit to my house as to the oil damage in front of my house and how it would be rectified. I asked and email twice for a letter to state the entire contract was null and void and this would not reflect negatively on ITC.
Because, the nature of my business, I'm required to purchase a new car ever year. I'm still waiting on my email. The common decency would be is to reply but yet again House & Homes wonderful service. Just don't get back to a person. I really don't know how to get answers out of you. So you are making me resort to this. I'm really at a loss for words, surely when House & Home has embarrassed themselves so, they would want to rectify the problem.
