Withholding a requested email address

I phoned in to Samsung today to request an email address so I can put my complaint in writing to Samsung. I am furious with the call centre who has refused to provide me with an email address where I can put my complaint in writing. It is absolutely ridiculous that even on my sixth request for an email address, the Samsung employee has refused to provide me with an email address. I have not received a response on my telephonic complaint, and I have not been able to put my request and complaint about my Samsung S4 phone's continuing battery problem in writing. Due to ongoing battery problems and Samsung's empty promises for a battery delivery which did not reach me before Xmas, I have no holiday pictures. Even after receiving the battery, I STILL have battery problems, it barely lasts half a day and the phone keeps overheating. I have only had this phone since October 2013, and handed it back to Cell C on day 7 when it started automatic restarts. Cell C did not replace the phone (this is unlawful!), I had to wait a week for the phone sent to Johannesburg, spend my petrol money to drive to Cape Town and back after this phone. I am done with running after your bad product! Bad service
