I visited the Gateway store on the 4/1/2013 whilst been in Gateway. I had a return query slip on hand and
wanted to know if there was feedback. I made it clear that I was just checking as I was aware that the response
date on the slip read 10/1/2013. Bongani who indentfied himself as manager of the store became very belligerent and loud. His rudeness was potrayed when he began to shout in front of a number of customers. His total lack of customer service became apparent. I requested his details in full which he refused and proceeded to give me his first name only. He stated that he was the only Bongani in the store. I left the store very pertubed by the attitude of the the counter personnel.
