Firstly I bought myself a TV in 2012 December with 2 years extra warranty and TV license. Last week Wednesday I went to store and one of the staff members advised me to LG as I misplaced the papers. LG confirmed that game should check their systems for the papers as they have records. Today I went back to game to ask to check the system. I then explained the situation and to my astonishment they could get every other item I have purchased in the past but not my 42'' TV. To make matters even worse the service I got from their floor staff Ismail Isaacs was disgusting. His bad attitude he made it out to be my fault saying and I quote game gives extra warranty but after a year LG and Game would not be responsible for any repair in a condescending manner. Why would game offer me extra guarantee then decide to change their tone giving me the run around with their bad service and unprofessional staff. This gives me the image that this is a being run and that all they do is pass the buck, makes me think I should go to consumer council to rectify this. After being a loyal customer for years this is the most disgusting service I ever received from a store esp GAME.
