NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Its been a month since handing in my lawnmower at the Lakeside Mall Game Store for repairs. Its been 3 telephone calls later, each time i am promised that the warranty personnel at Game will check on the repairs and call me with feedback. I have not recieved any feedback to date. Very poor service! Can anyone tell me if my lawnmower is being repoaired or replaced or Game intends on doing anything at all with it? Game is normally so good with customer service but the staff at the Lakeside Mall branch are a hopeless disgraceful impression on the Game name.
