I was informed to collect my Canon printer as it was ready for collection after repaiers When they brought the printer I noticed it was a new printer, sealed ect. Before the assistant opened the box I had already noticed this was the wrong printer, although the gesture from Canon was great in offering me a new and upgraded printer, I could not use the printer as I needed the DVD disc label function as we do photography.
The assistant (great guy cannot remember the name) phoned Canon repaires and spoke to a woman who was not very accommodating as I could hear her loud voice from the phone.
The assistant thanked her and then informed me that he is going to call his manager Joe Erasmus, I had then been waiting for an hour and twenty five minutes... Joe was informed about my predicament he made a decision, apologised for the wait and I left ten minutes later with a new printer. Thank you Joe and the personel in the returns centre... they have a tough job.
