Purchased a bedroom suite from homechoice which was delivered to me the last week of Nov '12, they phoned. me on the sat to let me know they delivering but the chest of drawers are damaged but wil be replaced in the following week, that didn't happen so I phoned cape town told them I haven't received a new one as well as that the bottom piece of the bed has broke, they said to me they put a request in to the right department for damaged ggoods then someone would phone me within 24 hrs. In Jan '13 I phoned them again asking to speak to a supervisor apparently there was no supervisor on duty but they would phone me. I have tried numerous times till now to get some response out of them but without any success. They contact me with numerous offers as soon as I ask to speak to management they put me on hold & just hang up. I have emailed them twice but still no success. Any response would really be good.
