Outstanding service and a pleasure to shop with

On 28 January 2013 I ordered Unisa textbooks through Kalahari for the first time. I found that not only do they offer a user-friendly online shopping experience, but they were also the cheapest supplier of these books countrywide (in comparison to other online as well as physical stores).

One of the books I needed was out of stock, and I was worried it would take several weeks to arrive. But to my wonderful surprise, all the books were delivered (at no extra cost and neatly packaged) to my door exactly a week from placing the order (4 February 2013).

I was very impressed by the professionalism and friendly nature of the call centre staff as well as how Kalahari constantly kept me updated via email on the status of my order.

Hats off to the Kalahari team for an amazing shopping experience. You really know what customer service and keeping promises is all about. Will definitely be recommending you guys and shopping with you again!
