Homechoice won't refund my Postage Insurance

I purchased 3 Buffet Servers in Jan and paid cash as I always do. The products were delivered but 1 had a defect and I had to send it back on the 12/02/2013. I immediately emailed the Postage Slips to [Email Removed] for a refund and I received an acknowledgement mail. Since then nothing happened and I sent numerous follow-ups and calls with no success.

I was told to send a fax to 0216808161 as the fax is faster than email which is ridiculous and no one has contacted me. I called again and I was told to send an email to one of the Supervisors [Email Removed] which I did and this person never bothered to send me a read receipt or an acknowledgement of my mail. I called Homechoice and requested to speak to the same Supervisor and I was left on hold for nearly 7 minutes when I hang up. I always pay Cash for my purchases and do not owe Homechoice a cent but they have no regard or appreciation for their loyal customers. At this point I want my full refund with interest and I swear never to purchase anything from Homechoice!
This is the second incident where I had to return a product due to a neglected defect which is such an inconvenience! Angry and frustrated!
