I've been a client of homechoice for a while. I ordered the digital safe they had and when it came it was totally damaged when I got it. The screen was cracked the paint came off and so on. I send it back promised that it will be replaced within a few days. Which didn't happen so I cancelled the order. After a week I got my money for the postage back and then they keep on phoning me wanting to replace it. I have phoned them like 4 times asking to cancel it because I struggling to much and they don't have customer service at all. After that I paid my account in full and asked for my account to be closed and for them to take me off their system so that I don't get catalogues and that they won't phone me anymore. They always phone at the most redicolis times possible. Last week they phoned me again the lady had a very bad attitude. She just went on about this and that and when I told her I can't speak because I work to make a living she just went on. Then I told her how many times must I ask them not to phone me and to take me off the systems she just said okay but very sarcasticly and put the phone down in my ear. If that is the kind of service I receive they can keep it.
