Mix & Match Promotion MISLEADING!!!

Yesterday I went to Clicks Waterfall Mall to buy Garnier Even Face wash, Toner &Moisturiser. When I got to the till I asked the cashier if I was going to get my 3rd product free as per Mix n Match Promotion and she told me yes. However, when she had finished ringing all my purchases, the discount did not happen. she called her supervisor to manually overwite but he refused insisting that I had to take only the products that were on the promotional photo. It was a long argument where he & I disputed the phrase"Any Even or Oil Control" garnier product. After fighting over this (even the service lady at the make up counter came to tell the supervisor that indeed I qualified for the discount), he still refused to give me my discount. I just want to say that as a long-standing loyal Clicks customer I'm utterly disappointed at you service. YOUR PROMOTIONS ARE EITHER MISLEADING, or YOUR STAFF LACKS PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE and TRAINING
