To whom it may concern

I bought a lounge suite in October 2013. I also bought a sleeper couch but to it being out of stock I would be delivered later. The lounge suite was delivered on a Saturday. I immediately noticed that the sleeper couch would not fit in my lounge. I went to Charles (the manager at the time) on that Monday and told him to cancel it. He promised to call me so that I could sign a new contract. At the beginning of November I gave him a call and asked when it will happen and he said something was wrong with the computer system and that he will call me. I went on leave in December and the lady from Lewis called and asked why I am not paying the full instalment, I responded and said the sleeper couch must still be removed. She said she will remove it. Today I was called by the accounts clerk at Lewis and I again spoke to Sara. Please get this rectified as I am not paying for something that I do not have.
