Wrong stock info and when you go to other store

Hi Dear edgars,
This is very poorest service from you to receive, very disappointed with your store services and stock update on your system.
i was looking for sale item which is short and i couldn't find the size what i wanted, managed to get information from sandton store that they have stock in cresta, very next day i drove to cresta to buy them on special and i didn't find anything on floor then asked floor working staff to help and they told they dont know, later i went to cresta fashion online to find out what's happening eventually ended up waiting 15 mins and no one is there to help. i was so after spending so much time of drive, i drove almost 70 kms to buy those shorts and came back home with out them, lost my petrol and no information very service from you guys... dont give false information to customers and dont keep false advertise sales with out stock maintenance... really unhappy with you guys after being loyal customer from past 8 years.. i think i will rather close my account and not shop again at edgars... really bad service
