Clueless manager gives bad attitude

I was approved for an Edgars account which I applied for online and was told to go to a store to activate my account. I went to Edgars Southgate and the service was unsatisfactory. The lady at the counter dismissed me and told me they do not use temp ID for new activations, I then requested for the manager, Tumelo, his approach was unprofessional as he didn't introduce himself, he kept on shouting at me and telling me that my document was not correct. I wanted an explanation regarding why they couldn't use it as a temp ID does serve as positive identification with other authorised financial institutions. He didn't have a clear answer and kept on telling me to try somewhere else and basically told me to go to. I told him I would take this further and he said I should be his guts., Tumelo is very rude, unprofessional and does not deserve to be a manger of any kind, alternatively he need to go for people skills training and Edgars needs to relook their policies as it does not make any kind of sense why they cannot use a temp ID.
