Incompetent website & Phone harassment

We've been trying for months (yes literally) to reset our account password on Truworths website.
Always some issue or links not working. I phoned the call centre and their excuse - no sorry they are having some technical difficulties - well its been months and its still not fixed? I see a couple of other complaints as well about other people last year with the same issue. The best is if you don't pay them the amount outstanding (I don't have time to phone the call centre every month so I thumb an amount), then they harass you with numerous calls each day to pay outstanding balances - some as little as R10.
