WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SOUTH AFRICA

Good Day All,

Please be warned of pathetic customer service that Edgars @ the Mall at Reds is offering, I have been a customer for the last 10 years making purchases every month but that will now change after a bad eperience yesterday.

We were shopping and went to the make up department, A black consultant saw us waiting and advised that she will be there shortly. So we waited then she walks around to make it seem like she is busy. 15 minutes has passed by already she then see's a black customer and strats a conversation which continues for another 15 minutes laughing and joking.

She refused to help us and we then left the store. If this is the service that Edgars is offering then they have no idea of the Customer Service their competitors have. It was really sad to see the consultants attitude is was like she was doing us a favour.

I will be closing my account, Thanks "Nthombi Human" keep it up...
