Truworths
No client service at all!!

I have been trying to have my password reset - sounds simple and easy but seems impossible to do. I have made at least 8 calls to call centre already and wrote 3 complaint directly to the Truworths website. Nobody cares to contact me and when I call client servie they keep putting me through to the so called multi media department who NEVER answers the phone. WHAT am I to do?
