Bought parrot 19/12 with no records, still waiting

I bought a Senegal parrot from them on 19 December 2013. They promised me that they would email me all the details regarding the parrot by the close of business that day, I am still waiting, one month later.

They even told me that they would order the ring for the parrots foot on their behalf.

I have waited over 3 weeks for this ring and they told me it was ready on Wednesday last week. Not once have they called me to come pick it up. I called them on Wednesday and they told me there is no ring and then he passed me onto another person who said they will tell me everything I need to know about my parrot.

I called this new contact and either his phone is off or he cancels the call when I call. No one has briefed him as to who I am or the parrot I bought. They did a horrible job at cutting the parrots wings there is still no record of the birds existence, other than a till slip.
After being fed up I returned to the store to show them the bird I bought from them and Suddy promised me an email by the following Monday. Suddy saw that the parrot had no ring on his foot yet he continually pointed out in the email he sent that I should refer to the ring on his foot, yet no ring.
