Cars & Transport

I bought a new Renault Clio 1.6 Yahoo Plus in May 2012. This car had a Parrot Bluetooth Kit installed when I bought it and it was a big reason why I bought this car since I make a lot of calls while on the road. In April 2013, while making a call, one of the dial buttons of this Bluetooth Kit broke off. On 2 May 2013 I took the car to the Renault Service Centre in Paardeneiland, Cape Town to get the Bluetooth Kit repaired. They couldn't help me and told me that they needed to contact Parrot to get the Bluetooth Kit replaced under warranty. They said they would contact me as soon as they have arranged something. It is now 11 June 2013 and I have had to phone them 3 times now to ask them what is happening. Every time they tell me they will arrange something with Parrot and contact me as soon as possible.

I am tired of waiting now. I can understand if they have problems with their supplier (Parrot) but surely this isn't my problem. I bought a car from Renault with all the specs included in the deal and not from Parrot or any other parts supplier to Renault. This has taken up too much time and effort from my side and it is time that Renault do something from their side.
