No after sales service and unprofessional!

I logged my service call with Game (Cindy), where I bought my fridge on 30 March 2012, on Saturday 19 Jan, ref S000353765. I've had no response or calls from anyone regarding repair or inspection.
I called 3 times this morning, only to be told that a technician will be in my area this afternoon, he will contact me. "Avon" calls me, not sure when he will be available, it "may be" and "about" 45 minutes or "will now be too soon"? I am, like most other people, at work from 9 to 5. The professional thing to do will be to call the customer (within 8 business hours, as promised in the sms I got yesterday), to schedule a time during the day. How can I drop everything and be there NOW when your rude, and unprofessional technician cannot even have the decency to call me & cannot give me a time? I've never experienced a more rude individual, who starts shouting at a customer who has had to struggle getting any assistance for 3 days! I am on my 3rd call to 0860884402, and once again holding & waiting! Why should I have to struggle reaching people who obviously do not care about servicing their clients once the money has been spent! I have been without a fridge for 3 days now!! Unbelievable!
