On 27 May 2013 a service call was placed for a faulty KIC fridge. On 28 May a technician came to look at the fridge. On 29 May I mailed the proof of purchase to the supplier. On 5 June the delivery people arrive with no appointment to replace the fridge, only on 11 June did they call to make an appointment. An arrangement was made that the fridge be delivered on 12 June at 08H00 I waited until past 10H00 and nobody has even bothered to contact me as to why it has not yet arrived. I have especially taken off work to be able to receive the fridge. Once again I called and was told that they could not deliver after 17H00 so an arrangement was made to deliver at 16H30, I once again took off work to receive the fridge but after numerous calls they only arrived after 17H30. Two days after the new fridge was delivered a service call was again placed for the fridge being faulty. The technician once again came out and said the fridge would need to be replaced again. I now have wasted money on vegetables which had to be thrown away and also lost money on my time wasted waiting for people to keep their appointments made for the delivery.
