Poor Service in Respect of Faulty Fridge Repairs

I bought a Samsung fridge in March 2012 from Game and it recently started leaking for some reason. I spoke to a Steve whom apparently is a Manager for Game and he contacted Samsung to come and investigate the matter.
The technician assigned did not know how to use a GPS and constantly sent me please call me's to get directions. After a two hour struggle and numerous calls for my account his response was that he only works until 16:30 and he is going back to the office (after I had to take an entire day leave to wait for him). I was told that he cannot give me specific time since I am not the only customer and I will just have to wait.
Since the incident we have spoken to four different "Managers" at Game from "Dino" to "Thabo", all of whom promise to return my call with an answer to no avail.
I have never been so disgusted with poor service. It's not like we are asking them a favour. It's a brand new Double Door Samsung Fridge that's faulty. Why should we as the consumer be inconvenienced!! I will NEVER buy anything from Game again!!
