Blouse that does not have a price tag

Hi my name is Malohle Mamakoko I went to Foschini store in East rand Mall to buy clothes for my wife at the point of purchase the blouse had no price tag the other goods had price tag, Thembi Mahlangu she is administration control was helping and she even called other Foschini stores they could not get the price and she called Motlatsi Sebeko assistant store manager he also could not help both of them were incompetent to my surprise the manager told me he knows about consumer protection act now they telling me that I want the blouse for free is not me but is the act that says that meaning they knew but no one wanted to take responsibility and I was told to take a blouse with the same brand to be charged with but I refused because as a consumer I would not know whether I would over charged or under charged with that product and I have an account with Foschini group am going to close my account with you. Foschini please take your staff to attend training of Consumer Protection Act.
