No feedback on delivery

I have purchased a Gobii Tablet online.kalahari send me a notification that they have received payment. This was on the 27th of December 2013. After follow up they send me an email to say estimate delivery date would have been 6 January 2013. I phoned again to ask what time they will deliver, only to hear that it was not dispatched. I phone again today and the man I spoke to said that he will send a dispatch request, and he will also follow up what the reason is for no delivery and promised to give me a call. I'm still waiting for his call.
