STILL NO DELIVERY

Placed an order on the 9th of December. Order stated that delivery should take place on the 13th December and showed completed. I called Kalahari a number of times but the order has still not been delivered by today the 6th of January. every time I call, I'm advised its with the delivery service and will be delivered, but never is. this is very poor, the service from Kalahari has been the worst i've experienced in a very long time.
