Don't say you will deliver if you have no intent

Ordered a book on 12 December, which Kalahari says was in stock and would be delivered on 13 December (just in time for long weekend, yippees). Nothing arrives on 13th. Ok, long weekend i get it. Check online on 17th that delivery delayed to 19th. Nothing arrives. I call Kalahari (No email or sms from them about delivery being late only acknowledgment of payment).
They have no idea when the book will be delivered! Nothing from their supplier.
I would never have ordered it from them if the book wasn't in stock and couldn't be delivered by the 13th. a week later and now, after i have to phone them, they can't guarantee any delivery date in the near future. Of course if i cancel i will only receive the refund in 3-5 working days. with christmas next week, i will be lucky to see the money at all before the new year. What pathetic service.
