Knysna Checkers - Bad attitudes from staff

I've been a Checkers-shopper for a lone time and I truly support Checkers, because of their efficient and friendly service. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the Checkers branch in Knysna. The staff has the WORST attitudes that I've ever seen IN MY LIFE.! From the Deli staff, to cashiers and the managers, is shocking. I have worked in the hospitality industry before, therefore I know what the meaning of SERVICE is and I know how people can complain about the 'nitty-gritties', but I am honestly concerned and shopping there is becoming unpleasant. This store shouldn't become a embarrassment to the Checkers brand. BUT don't just blame the staff as much, as the management is just as bad. PLUS, I cannot see how a Checkers should ever run out of the SAME cigarette - brand almost every week. If you see something is selling, then you place an bigger order, correct? Nevertheless, I suggest that you do some damage control with the Checkers Knysna branch, starting with the managers, whom should be setting an example for others.
