My mom had an outstanding Balance that I have settled because we wanted to buy a lounge suite that she did not qua for.. I have settled the account and she was approved. The lounge suite delivered was no way close to what we chose, they had to change the Lounge Suite and now 3months later they say she had an outstanding balance of the last and all of a sudden we were billed for the first lounge suite. She has arrears and all the money we were paying does not reflect, we had R2000 cash back plan which does not reflect as well. The new honestly doesn't know what is happening, old manager was fired. LEWIS does not have a reliable system from managent to their operating system until head office. The only good thing about Lewis is their adverts and nothing else
