Get you agents to stop calling me already!!! They phone me every freaking month even though they see I am making payments.. I will get the account up to date and cancel it as soon as I can. Edgars is aware that I am undergoing financial difficulty and an arrangement was put in place for R55 per month with them, I pay an amount of R200 - R400 DEPENDING ON WHAT I CAN AFFORD, STILL THEY DEMAND THE FULL ARREARS.. WHERE THE DO YOU EXPECT ME TO GET THE MONEY!!! AND ON TOP OF IT THEY STILL ADD ADDITIONAL FEES FOR CALLING ME AFTER IVE ALREADY MADE AN ARRANGEMENT. THE DONT EVEN KNOW MY NORMAL INSTALLMENT AMOUNT. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS. NUMEROUS REQUESTS WAS SENT TO RESTRUCTURE MY REPAYMENT TERM IN ORDER TO BRUING DOWN MY INSTALLMENT AND I KNOW YOU ARE ABLE TO DO THAT. "HOPEFULLY" SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY DOING AND WHO WANTS TO PROVIDE "CUSTOMER SERVICE" WILL SORT THIS OUT!!
