Trying to get a loan to pay account

My mother is in arrears with lewis however she is trying to get a loan to pay them of which they should be glad for now they dont want to remove the arrears on the systym so that she can pay them coz that is holding the account back she is the only bread winner in the house she pay the normal installments she lost her job a while back she could not pay for that time nosiwe was called she wont assist and was rude in terms of helping us or maybe approaching the manager to see if there is options or solutions this is the store that does not care who they deal with we all dont get high salaries to pay of our debts lewis just does not give a at all they worthless when it comes to servicing customers i think they should be closed down.
