Refund unacceptable

A month ago, I bought two Coby's for a good price from Kalahari, on receiving the product and opening /testing it, I realised that it was a bad buy.
Touch screen quality of tablets was bad and slow, checked the firmware, got a serial number error and decided "no good". I contacted Kalahari 4 days thereafter.
After bad experience with the returns process, I eventually got the tablets picked up 2 weeks later by courier. 3 days ago, the refunds dept. notified me, they can only refund 80% of the product as the seal was broken. There was no special seal to begin with, unless the see through sticker on the screen is supposed to be the seal.?. how do you test a product by only looking at the box as you may not open it? It's not a dvd or cd, it's a tablet. Kalahari is now charging me R320 for the unwanted items, returned in perfect condition as I received it and obviously a re-sell anyway (no-seal) Spoke to customer service, a mnger will call back. Still waiting.
I am sorry Kalahari this is close to in my view and unacceptable. I am a good customer of yours and often buy from you, but this is surely the last if this is how this is going to end. a 100% refund is due.
