I received a call regarding my instalment from a very rude person called Sana. These people need to be trained as to how to handle different kinds of clients. She keep interrupting me when I tried to explain my side and she offered me a tongue lashing instead of an explanation. I still do not understand why I have to pay an instalment of a thousand over a balance of 4000 on a 12 months to pay account. Can someone from Edcon please call and explain this. No one is calling about how far my application for insurance is because I was retrenched. Am I liable to pay the full R1000 when I have account protection plan? Its really upsetting to receive a phone call so early in the morning from someone who thinks that a collections call means a personal attack on a client. Sana needs to go for training on telephone etiquette and general manners.
