BE AWARE ALL FUTURE CLIENTS!!!

I ordered goods from these people.
They constantly have excuses for why they have no tracking nrs, why they have not mailed the products yet why the wrong items were ordered and are apparently in transit to me, etc etc.
Quite frankly I am not even sure if they might in fact be artists, and if I am ever going to see any goods at all... Or be refunded...
Luckily I have a few lawyer mates who would love to help should nothing happen before the 28th of Nov 2013, which will then be a full month after ordering the items...

While trying to sort out the incompetence of Anne, I also have to deal with Anne's attitude, which is actually quite appaling!! I know how difficult it is to deal with difficult clients, but this person is a completely ill-equipt human being who should NEVER be left to run a business...
She makes me feel like I am doing something wrong, when they are the ones who took my money and are NOT delivering the goods!!!
