Teach Collections People Basic Maths

I am sick and tured of the people who do collections for Edgars as they keep on calling me to say my account is in arrears. If one pays more one month and pays less the next month technically if the instalment is in line and not making the account to be behind in payments that the person is not in arrears on the account. The attitude stinks and as a long standing with the Edcon group since my schooling days I think of closing my account after I was insulted by one of their consultant. They surely don't deserve me as their client.
