Not getting Help on damaged goods

I purchased a washing machine from Game and the drying compartment stopped working. I lodged a complain at North-riding Game but the guy who came to fix the machine did not fix it. At the time he came to fix the machine he found the nanny at our house and he told the nanny that there is nothing wrong with the dryer. But the machine still didn't work. Later when I went back to complain again I found that Game has moved to Bel Air. I went and lodged a query at Bel Air Game to a guy called (Paul) who promised to call the Defy people to come to fix the machine and he also promised to call me but he never did. When I call asking to speak him they say he is not available, they say i must leave a massage he will call me but he is not calling me. Can game please stop playing me stupid and teach this Paul guy how to treat costumers and help me. Please
