Order placed on end April - delivery incomplete

I had purchased a whole lot of stuff @ end April & nobody could give me update on my delivery until I put the issue onto Hello Peter on 20 June. Only then did I realise the store actually had a Manager. He phoned me non stop to ensure that once I get my delivery I should put on a favourable comment on Hello Peter.
Wetherley s responded to Hello PEter to say they spoke to customer and goods will be delivered. They 'forgot' to say that only couch will be delivered as all the other stuff had been done in a wrong fabric. Anyway I eventually got the rest of furniture on 11 July, but a Headboard had to be sent back as it had black marks all over.
5 weeks later (16 Aug), get email saying it will be ready soon.

On 3rd September, nearly 2 months after the headboard went back and 4 months since I placed the order, I get an email saying that they do not have the fabric I ordered.
I have no words for this whole issue - Unbelievable 'service', nobody cares about customer service, I bought for nearly R30, 000 and to them it means nothing.

The only reason I have the furniture that I do have is because I complained on Hello Peter.
